Just another in our list of fun events this year.
Join us this week as we learn a few Ju-Jitsu (ground fighting) moves. These moves will help you get someone bigger than you, off of you, so you can get up and get away.
Do whatever you have to to fight back, ladies! I want you to WIN! I want you to be a SURVIVOR, not a VICTIM!
Class will be held in Newport News. The class fee is $10.00.
